  • Your ticket does not include your air or ground transportation. Please be sure to book accordingly.

  • The Belleza Del Mar is located approximately 33 minutes from the Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation.

  • The closest airport is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS)

  • To cancel and receive a refund please email info@thehersociety.com.

    • Full refund available through July 1, 2026

    • 50% refund available from July 2 to July 10, 2026.

  • Yes, you can transfer your ticket! After selling it, email info@thehersociety.com with the new attendee’s full name and email to complete the transfer.

    Note: We do not facilitate payment between parties.

  • Yes! Women guests, friends, colleagues are absolutely welcome to join you for the full retreat experience. 🤍

    At this time, we are keeping the retreat exclusively for women—while we adore our male counterparts, this space is intentionally curated to be an immersive, distraction-free experience for you, your business, and your connection with the other women of HER Society.

  • We’re keeping things simple, comfortable, and totally HER Society chic so you can enjoy every moment of this experience without overthinking your suitcase. Here’s what we recommend packing:

    ✨ Welcome Dinner (Night 1):
    Dressy-casual or resort-chic. Think flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or elevated summer outfits. Nothing too formal—just polished, pretty, and perfect for sunset photos.

    ✨ Conference Day (Day 2):
    Business casual that still feels comfortable. Sundresses, linen sets, blouses with nice shorts or pants—whatever helps you feel confident, focused, and ready for growth.

    ✨ Group Activity (Day 3):
    This will be an active and fun experience, so bring something comfortable you can move in. Think athletic wear, breathable fabrics, and tennis shoes or sandals depending on the activity.

    ✨ Beach & Pool Time:
    Swimsuits, cover-ups, flip-flops, and your favorite sun hat. Don’t forget sunscreen—Florida sun doesn’t play. 😎☀️

    ✨ Travel Days:
    Comfy airport attire—leggings, joggers, lightweight layers. Destin can be warm and breezy, so pack light but bring a sweater for flights and air-conditioned spaces.

    ✨ Extras to consider:
    • A light cardigan or denim jacket
    • Beach bag + reusable water bottle
    • Sunglasses
    • Evening sandals
    • Notebook + pens for sessions
    • Anything that makes you feel relaxed, empowered, and retreat-ready
